Tropical Fosters

Here is a really tasty twist on an old favorite.

4 tb butter
1 c brown sugar
¼ c mango
¼ c pineapple
¼ c banana
1 tb chopped pecans
1 oz banana liqueur
2 oz dark rum
Sprinkle cinnamon

1.Melt the butter and add the brown sugar to form a creamy paste.
2. Let this mixture caramelize over the heat for about 5 minutes.
3. Add the bananas, mangos, and pineapple, add the rum and banana liqueur (preferably warmed),
4. Ignite with a flourish and cook for about 1 – 2 minutes.
