2/3 cup goat cheese
2/3 cup cream cheese
1/3 cup diced sundried tomatoes
1 ts minced thyme
1 ts minced basil
1 ts minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 large Chicken Breasts

Mix cheese, tomatoes, garlic and herbs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.

<p>2 large Chicken Breasts</p>
<ol>
<li>Mix cheese, tomatoes, garlic and herbs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Butterfly Chicken breasts in half, don&#8217;t cut all the through one side.</li>
<li>Fill Breast with cheese mixture.</li>
<li>Roll tightly and wrap in foil.</li>
<li>Bake in over for 35-40 minuets on 350 degrees.</li>

½ cup mayo
¼ cup onions, chopped
1 tb garlic minced
2 basil leaves chopped
1 ½ tb Madras curry powder
½ ts black pepper
¼ ts salt

Dice chicken in to small pieces.
Add chicken with all other ingredients mix well.
Serve with fresh pineapple, cantaloupe or apples.
