			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em>You know those things that take you back down memory lane? This is one of my favorites from childhood! For as long as I can remember, my dad would make these tasty treats for dessert. We just dusted them in powder sugar then burned our tongues trying to eat them! So be sure to let them cool down for a bit before you bite in to them! </em></p>
<p><strong>Batter</strong><br />
2 cup Milk<br />
2 eggs<br />
2 cup flour<br />
1 ts baking powder<br />
½ ts salt<br />
½ ts Vanilla extract<br />
¼ ts cinnamon</p>
<p>3 Granny smith apples, Cored and cut into wedges</p>
<p><em>Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix liquid ingredients on small bowl. Whisk liquid ingredients into dry ingredients until fully incorporated. Dredge apples in batter and place in 375 degree oil. Fry for about 3-4 minuets remove and serve with dusted powder sugar.</em></p>

<li>When half &amp; half is heated, slowly whisk into egg mixture, when everything is mixed together</li>
<li>Return sauce pan over medium heat and whisk quickly until mixture is pudding consistency.</li>
<li>Pour 2-3 oz into serving bowls.</li>
<li>Chill in Fridge</li>

<p><em>Here is a really tasty twist on an old favorite.</em></p>
<p>4 tb butter<br />
1 c brown sugar<br />
¼ c mango<br />
¼ c pineapple<br />
¼ c banana<br />
1 tb chopped pecans<br />
1 oz banana liqueur<br />
2 oz dark rum<br />
Sprinkle cinnamon</p>
<p>1.Melt the butter and add the brown sugar to form a creamy paste.<br />
2. Let this mixture caramelize over the heat for about 5 minutes.<br />
3. Add the bananas, mangos, and pineapple, add the rum and banana liqueur (preferably warmed),<br />
4. Ignite with a flourish and cook for about 1 &#8211; 2 minutes.</p>
